Rental conditions in our apartments
Bed linen and towels
are provided in all of our apartments. There is no extra charge for this.
Prices shown are
per apartment per night. The price is normally not affected by the number
of people staying in the apartment, unless specifically said. The apartments
have a capacity as shown on the website, and may not be booked for greater
numbers without our consent.
To make a booking
you need to pay a downpayment of 25-30% of the total charge plus taxes.
This is calculated automatically for you when you make the booking online.
This is non-refundable.
The remaining of
the cost is payable on arrival in cash.
On arrival you
will also be asked for 150 euros as a deposit against damage made during
your stay. This normally should be delivered by credit card details (we do not charge the card, just keep the details during your stay).
If in cash the amount will be returned in full when you leave the apartment,
assuming it is undamaged of course!
There is an extra
charge for clearing 60 Eur, however we expect our clients to take out the garbage
and wash up in the kitchen before departure. There are no extra charges
for gas, electricity etc.
The apartments
are cleaned between guests only, unless otherwise specified. During your
stay you are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment.
The keys are given
to you on arrival at the apartment. You will be met there at a time specified
by you and after agreement with you we will meet you at the apartment.
If you loose the keys during your stay, you will be charged by 80 Euros,
which will be taken from your deposit or paid in cash to us.
Arrival are not
normally before 4 pm, and departures should be before 11 am. Normally
provisions can be made with us for earlier checkin and later checkout,
or a place to leave the luggage during the hours between, but the apartment
should be vacated to allow for cleaning. Arrivals between 21.00 and 24.00 hours is charged
with an extra 30 Euros. Arrival after midnight is charged with an extra 50 Eur.
We require a minimum
stay of three nights. If you have booked for 7 nights or longer we apply a 10% discount.
When booking the
apartment you pay a downpayment, which can be refunded if cancellation
is notified more than 30 days before arrival, retaining a 5% administration
fee. Otherwise, it will not be refunded. On arrival at the apartment you
pay the remaining, once paid, is non-refundable.
According to a decision made by the Catalan Government, from the 1st November 2012, tourists visiting Catalonia is obligated to pay a TOURIST TAX of 2,48 Eur / person and day up till 7 days. Children 16 years or younger does not have to pay the tax. The Tourist tax is due to be paid upon arrival to the apartment.
